A man in B.C. was driving when he spotted this bear with a blue face. It’s unclear how his face turned blue, but a ministry official who has seen the video says it was likely from a trap or someone actuality painted it blue. But it’s ore likely that the bear chewed a can of blue spray paint. The bear seems fine and the ministry will let him be.
