A woman is thrilled that a lucky carrot has sprung up the diamond engagement ring she lost while weeding her garden 13 years ago. Eighty-four-year-old Mary Grams of Camrose, Alberta is proudly wearing the ring again after it was recently pulled from the ground on a misshapen carrot. The carrot actually grew through and around the diamond ring. Grams says she never told her husband Norman, who died five years ago, that she’d lost the ring, but did tell her son. (Canadian Press)
