These are a great little appetizer with lots of savoury flavour that you can adjust for your family’s tastes.   

I used Cremini mushrooms (I used 14), cleaned and trimmed 

One half cup of Adoro’s Habanero & Honey Balsamic 

One third cup Adoro’s Tuscan Herb Olive Oil 

Here’s where you can customize…I used 2 tsp of Garlic Powder and 2 tsp of Onion Powder and a bit of ground black pepper 

One package of your favourite bacon, or whatever is on sale 

I didn’t add salt because the bacon is salty enough. 

Next time I think I’ll try some fresh rosemary and maybe some crushed fresh garlic. 

Place mushrooms in a sealable container, stem side up.  Mix marinade ingredients together and don’t forget to taste it!  Spoon the marinade over the mushrooms and seal the container.  The longer you let these sit, the more intense the flavour will be.  I let mine sit for 90 minutes but next time will do longer. Wrap a piece of bacon around each mushroom… you may need to trim to fit but bacon stretches in case you misjudge (see video!)  Last time I made these on the BBQ but this time I did them in the Air Fryer at 350 for 13 minutes.  Any extra bacon ends I had left, I put on top of the mushrooms.   

No dip is needed for these little guys…they are really good on their own, and very filling so you don’t need very many per person.
