Eddie Van Halen left us on October 6th, 2020 at the young age of 65 after a battle with cancer. Everyone who loved EVH all expresses the same sentiment, we didn’t get enough time with him.

He’s considered one of the greatest guitarists of all-time, and a rock god to many. He inspired legions of guitar players and left a positive impact on the music community. Tributes have been pouring in across social media all day for the legend.

His son Wolfgang who has been making headlines lately for shredding Van Halen riffs at the two Taylor Hawkins Tribute Concerts (London & L.A.) took to Twitter and Instagram to honour his father:

“2 years and not a single day has gone by where you weren’t on my mind,” Wolfgang sharing a selfie of him and his dad.

“I’m trying to do my best and hold it together but it’s just not the same without you here, Pop. I love and miss you more than you could possibly imagine,” he added.

Others followed with their tributes …
