Today we had our very first breathe-along! When we were talking about positive topics to do on our show, Chris said he would really like to talk to someone who could give us a little breathing workshop. So meet our breathing coach Meghan Bonhomme!

Meghan Bonhomme is a Mindfulness + Mindset coach, professor, and entrepreneur dedicated to sharing the power of self care and self love through her company Lovely Human School. Her mission is to empower humans to feel lovely about themselves, and see lovely in their surroundings, so that they may do lovely things in the world. Meghan offers 1:1 coaching, workshops, and online courses to teach mindfulness practices and mindset techniques that help humans reach their potential through presence and positivity. When she’s not chatting about transforming education and workplace culture, Meghan can be found teaching yoga at Myoga Studio in Sudbury, sipping tea with her German Shepherd on her lap, or chasing the sun.
