Jurassic Chomp Blizzard & Sudbury Kartways

I could not have asked for a better day for ice cream and go karts! After spending all day outside I was ecstatic to learn that I would be starting my afternoon off with a trip to the Dairy Queen on Regent.There I got to make, and try, the limited edition Jurassic Chomp with peanut butter blizzard treat! Granted, the incredible team at DQ is still better at ice cream artistry but I can already see myself improving! If you haven’t had the chance to try this delicious new recipe, it is filled with massive peanut butter bites dipped in chocolate flavour, fudge topping, and of course DQ’s famous soft serve. After handing out samples as well as gift cards to Dairy Queen and the New Sudbury Center I hopped back in the 2018 Mazda MX5 from Palladino Mazda and headed over to Sudbury Kartways.

Now I love driving the 2018 Mazda MX5 but there is nothing like the sound of a go kart engine and the smell of rubber to make a day feel like summer. I had a blast hanging out with the crew at Sudbury Kartways who gave me a backstage look at the karts used for competitive racing and ‘friendly’ tips on my driving. Next time I am back to work on my racing I will have to ‘take a swing’ at the batting cages and mini putt course because I was just too jealous watching everyone today have a blast! Between the go karts and my awesome prizes from Sudbury Auto Collision, Toppers Pizza, and Dairy Queen, Sudbury Kartways was the place to be this evening! Happy racing everyone!
