Erratic Driving

Some erratic driving downtown has landed a local man in the back seat of a police cruiser.

Officers say they were involved in a quick chase after a man broke multiple traffic laws in the downtown core and was finally stopped at Mackenzie and Kathleen Street.

The man was caught on video driving in circles at the intersection of Elm Street and Notre Dame while traffic was stopped.

Police say there were no injuries and two vehicles and two cruisers were damaged.

Aaron Owl

Manitoulin OPP are asking for the public help in locating Aaron Owl.

There is a warrant out for Owl’s arrest as it’s alleged he was involved in a robbery on October 16th.

He is known to frequent Manitoulin Island and Greater Sudbury.
