Residents could help shape the future of city transit in Sudbury.

A series of online and in-person events will allow residents to take part in the Greater Sudbury Transit Action Plan, with pop up open houses scheduled across the city.

The city has hired Transit Consulting Network who are specialists from across the country to lead the study.

Online and printed surveys will be sent out on June 17th and residents will have a chance to speak directly to study representatives at various locations from the 20th to 23rd.

The cost for the action plan is $500,000 which is matched by the Federal Government.
