Sudbury Firefighters Calendar Rasies $25,000 For NEO Kids

The NEO Kids Foundation received a 25 thousand dollar cheque from the Sudbury Professional Firefighters Association.

The money comes from sales of the 2017 firefighters calendar which will go towards purchasing vital equipment for NEO Kids.

Foundation president, Patricia Mills says it’s an incredible donation considering the time and energy put into the initiative.

President of the Firefighters Association Kris Volpel says this is a yearly initiative the members can’t wait to get behind.

Funds will also go towards building a bigger NEO Kids home at Health Sciences North to keep children in Northern Ontario.
