Bruce Springsteen was rescued by a group of veterans on Veterans Day after his motorcycle broke down in New Jersey. Billboard reports that the vets gave the musician a helping hand after they saw him on the side of the road by Allaire State Park. They then gave Springsteen a restaurant called Mulligan’s, where they had drinks with him while the musician waited for a towing company to pick up his bike. In addition to posing for photos with his rescuers, Springsteen threw in a $100 to pay for the tab and told them to keep the change. The helpful vets are members of the Freehold American Legion Post 54 Legion Riders and were taking a ride to Manasquan before returning home to Freehold.  https://www.billboard.com/articles/news/7573574/bruce-springsteen-rescued-veterans-day-motorcycle-breaks-down
