Woman Hit On Scooter Earlier This Month Dies From Injuries

Greater Sudbury Police confirm the elderly woman who was hit by a car on her scooter earlier month has died from her injuries.

On October 6th the woman attempted to cross the street at Notre Dame Avenue and King Street when she was hit by a vehicle.

Police determined there will be no charges as the vehicle had the right of way and was going the speed limit.

The name of the victim will not be released.
