One Man Cut, Another Arrested Following Altercation In New Sudbury

One man suffered a cut to the arm and another has been arrested after an altercation on Canada Day.

Greater Sudbury Police responded to the Courtland Drive area of New Sudbury, where a 20-year old man had to be taken to hospital

Police charged a 24-year old man with assault with a weapon.

Officers say this was not a random act.
