Another piece of Laurentian University’s campus modernization program is now in place.

The $3.1 million Executive Learning Centre was opened up on the third floor of the Fraser building yesterday (MON) and will host workshops offered through the Goodman School of Mines and Faculty of Management programs.

It features a 68 seat tiered multi-media lecture theatre equipped to connect distance learners to classroom technology.

The state of the art addition to the school also has a dedicated lounge and five seminar rooms that are all equipped for multi-media interactions.

L-U’s board of governors and senate will also be holding their regular meetings there.
