Fire on Caribou

No one was injured but fire damage was extensive to a home in New Sudbury.

Fire crews were called to a home on Caribou Road just after 1:30 yesterday afternoon.

A car in the driveway caught fire, spread to the attached garage and then quickly made it’s way to the roof of the home.

Damage is estimated at $300,000.

No word on what caused the fire.
