Y-W-C-A Sudbury Name 2016 Women of Distinction Award Winners

Strong, compassionate role models in the community.

Those are the words used to described six women and one group are being honoured with Sudbury Y-W-C-A 2016 Women of Distinction Awards.

The winners include Mel Dahl, the morning host on Q-92, Lynn Despatie  Julia Wabie, Patricia Hennessy, Lise Plante, Alicia Woods and the organizing committee for Sudbury Soup Sisters.

The Y-W-C-A of Sudbury will hand out the awards at a gala on April 30th.
