U2’s concert in Stockholm, Sweden, was evacuated last night as a result of a security threat. NME reports that the initial cause was believed to be a report of a bomb, but that it has now been confirmed that the band was forced to cancel the rest of the show because of an “unspecified security risk.” While concert organizers Live Nation have yet to comment on the circumstances surrounding the cancellation, they announced at the show that “safety is a priority.” An an on-stage spokesman for U2 also announced last night that the concert will be rescheduled for tomorrow night.
