One man is in hospital and another behind bars after an incident in the Flour Mill yesterday afternoon.

According to Greater Sudbury Police one man was assaulted with a weapon on Mountain Street.

He was taken to hospital with serious injuries.

Another man was taken into custody and the police investigation remains in its preliminary stage.
